6. Owners of active non-custodial wallets on Mainnet, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Base with a minimum of 0.2 ETH are rewarded with 100 $RAYS.
7. DeFi users get 200 $RAYS for every protocol they have an active stake on across supported networks.
8. Users of Summer.fi get 500 $RAYS for each protocol they've engaged with via Summer.fi since June 2021.
